This quintessential 3 bedroom Cape Cod beach bungalow is roughly a mile from the famous Nauset Beach on the oceanside. The Stella Maris cottage is the perfect home base for your classic summer adventure on the Cape.
With three bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, bath, deck, charcoal grill, and even an outdoor shower, beach days and exploring are easy with our cottage as your base camp. Walk to Priscilla Landing, Nauset Beach, and Mill Pond. Hop in the car for a short little drive to our exquisite shops, gourmet foods, wine shops, and ice creameries or even another fantastic beach close by.
Stella Maris is a cozy 660 square foot cottage with three bedrooms with Mini Splits for cooling and heating. The master has a queen bed. Bedrooms two and three contain two sets of twins in each. The living room is outfitted with a couch, two reading chairs, and a small reading library and game table.
Nestled on a private lane, this idyllic vacation cottage is perfectly located steps from Town Cove and East Orleans village or minutes from beautiful Nauset Beach. Upscale amenities include: light and bright open concept living/dining/kitchen, granite countertops, appliances, walk-in and outdoor showers, in-unit washer/dryer, free wireless internet, gas grill and patio furniture with plenty of room for lawn games. Freshly painted and decorated with vintage costal touches. This is your vacation waiting to happen; just bring the sunscreen.
There is outdoor parking space available for two cars. Minimum age of primary renter is 25.
Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Clean Fee $215, plus applicable state and local taxes
