This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. A first floor main bedroom and a den with queen sleeper. The second floor will have three additional bedrooms equipped with 2 queens and two full beds. Two full bathrooms available to service second floor bedrooms.

Head to the Old Colony Rail Trail in 1 mile, then pedal on to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a picturesque paved pathway that spans over 20 miles. Sundae School Ice Cream is a local favorite for cones and sweet treats in 3.4 miles. Stop in after your ride or day at the beach for an inventive seafood dinner at The Port (1 mile) or The Ocean House (2.8 miles). Easy access to Dennis, Yarmouth, and Chatham. $500 Administrative fee.
