Located just off of router 6a and close to the Brewster General Store sits this cozy Brewster home. This home sleeps (6) people and offers three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor with two twins in first bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and an additional two twins in third bedroom. Fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room area and den are also located on the first floor. A spacious and private wooded yard equipped with a gas grill will have you enjoying a family bbq during your stay. Located just 7/10 of a mile to beautiful Breakwater beach! All bookings are subject to state and local taxes as well as our $195 Administrative fee. Linen rental for 6 people available for an additional charge of 212.00

Cancellation Policy:

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Upon Cancellation for ANY reason, monies will be refunded, less a 15% service fee of the total rental amount due and non refundable Administrative Fee, only if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby's International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
