You will be able to make the most of your summer evenings out on the screened porch or deck - perfect for entertaining! Available year round- 3 NIGHT MINIMUM in the off season for $800/night. $125 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Cancellation Policy : Payments will be refunded minus a fee of 15% (of the total rent) and administration fee, only if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. We will do our best to re-rent the property, however we cannot guarantee re-rental. If we are unable to re-rent the property, any remaining payments are still due and no refunds will be issued.
Payments: All bookings before May 1st require a deposit of half of the rental amount within 7 days of booking, final payment for remaining rental balance as well as taxes and fees is due on May 1st. Bookings after May 1st payment in full is due within 7 days of booking.
